Cancellation/Refund Policy

We are pleased that you have chosen to shop with That Little Something Special for your specialty cake needs.

In the event that you need to cancel your order, the following rules apply to obtaining a full or partial refund:

• Refunds are not provided for class tuition.  However, store credit is provided in the dollar amount of the class tuition and can be used toward a future class or toward product purchases.
• Full refunds for cake orders will apply to orders cancelled 8 days or more in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
• Cake orders cancelled 5-7 days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Please note:  No refunds will be provided for cake orders cancelled less than 5 days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
