The only information we collect from our customers is the information voluntarily provided by customers when placing an order with us or creating an account with us.  We do not otherwise collect any information from customers visiting our site.

We collect information from our customers to complete transactions.  In addition, we will periodically send emails to customers--using the email address provided to us on our site--to inform customers of special offers.  We do not disclose any personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.  

What choices do customers have regarding the marketing uses of information collected?

Customers may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from our company at any time by sending an email to privacy@thatlittlesomethingspecial.com.  Customers will need to indicate the email address used when creating their account (or placing their order with us) for identification purposes.  Within 24 hours, the request to opt-out will be processed.   Customers can confirm the status of their opt-out choice at any time by sending an email to privacy@thatlittlesomethingspecial.com.  The target time for a response from a customer service representative is 24 hours. 

How can customers ask questions regarding their information or our privacy policy?

Any questions regarding customer information or our privacy policy can be sent to privacy@thatlittlesomethingspecial.com.  Our customer service representatives will handle customer concerns about the privacy of their personal information, and our privacy policy in general.  Further, our customer service representatives will assist customers in correcting their account or transaction information when required.  Customer Service can also be reached toll free at 1-877-610-5787.

How is customer information protected online?

The Little Something Special uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet.  Further, employee access to customer information is only provided when required by their job function.  This access is revoked when no longer needed.  Access logs are reviewed regularly to ensure compliance. 

How will customers know if changes to the policy have been made?

Updates to the Privacy Policy will be posted to this site immediately.  Further, existing customers will be notified via email when changes to the policy have occurred.
