Buttermilk Herb Garden Dressing

| 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup dried buttermilk mix 1 1/2 tsp. fresh basil 1 1/2 tsp. fresh chervil 1 large garlic clove, finely minced 1 tsp. ground red pepper (optional) |
In small mixing bowl whisk together yogurt and dried
buttermilk mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, whisk until
well-blended. Make in advance of serving and refrigerate at least two
